What is your Returns Policy?
If something isn’t quite right with your item(s), you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging and tags
This ensures we can resell the item.
If an item is returned in an unsellable condition (for example: incorrect packaging, missing tags, damaged, or heavily creased), we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a handling fee.
Is there anything I can’t return?
We do not accept returns on:
- Items purchased from the clearance or sale section
- Socks or underwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Any items that have been worn, washed, or altered
For hygiene purposes, we will not accept returns on items that show signs of:
- Aftershave or perfume
- Makeup or fake tan
- Body odour
- Pet hair
- Smoke or other strong odours
Any items returned in this condition will be rejected and sent back to you.
How do I return my item(s)?
- Contact us at support@bulwarkfightwear.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Package your item(s) securely in their original packaging.
- Send your return using a tracked delivery service to ensure it arrives safely.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
However, if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at
support@bulwarkfightwear.co.uk and we will arrange a pre-paid return label.
Can I exchange my item?
Yes — if you would like a different size or item, please state this when contacting us.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer:
- Store credit, or
- A refund
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
How do I know my return has been received?
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Once we receive your return, you will be notified via email.
Can I return multiple orders together?
Yes — you may return multiple orders in one parcel.
However, please ensure you include:
- All order numbers
- Clear details of which items belong to which order
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of postage.
- Returns that do not meet our policy may be refused.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
